having stayed in pamplona before, holiday inn express exceeded my expectations this time. the breakfast choices were excellent, especially the croissants! the staff was very accommodating, even starting breakfast early for festival attendees.

the bathroom filling with water woudl have been amusing if it wasn't happening to me! I expected a room upgrade or at least a welcome gift for my troubles. And let's not start on the glass panel between the room and bathroom, who even thought that was a good idea? almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The glass panel between the room and bathroom disrupts sleep by lighting up the room at night. There’s no kettle for making coffee or tea, which would be a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay with friends at this hotel, enjoying its cleanliness and the super friendly staff. It’s just a short walk of less than 2 km to Parque de los Sentidos and around 3 km to the Citadel of Pamplona, which made our city explorations easy and enjoyable.

It was just a strong match for a mini-vacation in Mutilva Baja with outstanding value. The croissants at breakfast were the best I've had, even better than in France! Consider arriving early to avoid breakfast rush from tour groups.
